FLOW provides software tools for inspection businesses including reporting, agreements, payments, scheduling, communications, analytics, and related business operations.

2. Inspector Responsibility

Inspectors are solely responsible for report content, findings, recommendations, limitations, disclaimers, pricing, client communications, and compliance with applicable laws and standards of practice.

3. No Professional Advice

The Platform provides software tools only and does not provide legal, engineering, environmental, construction, insurance, or financial advice.

4. AI Features

AI-generated findings, summaries, limitations, disclaimers, and recommendations must be independently reviewed and verified before use.

5. Payment Services

Payments are processed through third-party providers. Users are responsible for pricing, taxes, chargebacks, disputes, and refunds.

6. Account Security

Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity occurring under their account.

7. Acceptable Use

Users may not violate laws, upload malicious software, access unauthorized information, or use the Platform for fraudulent purposes.

8. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ON POINT HOME INSPECTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID TO THE PLATFORM DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless On Point Home Inspections LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from user reports, content, or misuse of the Platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for operational, legal, security, or compliance reasons.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
